Sugar Free Chocolate Mint Cookies

Linda Griffith

I am a diabetic so I am always trying to find a good recipe that I can enjoy without my sugar spiking. This is a very good recipe. You wont believe they are sugar free. I eat two cookies with a cup of coffee and it settles my sugar craving for a while. I hope you will enjoy this recipe. It's good whether you are diabetic or not.
