Found this recipe in my mothers recipe's Idk the origin of the recipe. I personally have never made this recipe so I have no clue how it will turn out, but sounded good.

Ingredients
- 1 cup margerine or butter (softened)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - ^^ cream above ingredients, add dry ingredients.
- 4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (opt)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- ICING (OPTIONAL)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash food coloring (opt.)
How To Make sugar cookies

Step 1After you mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients well, Refrigerate dough at least one hour. make dough into small balls and bress w/ the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 min or until done.

Step 2Or you may use the icing to ice the cookies after they are cooled down...
