Sift flour into bowl-add the liquid -a mix with a large spoon until most of the flour is used
Turn out onto a large plate and refrigerate for a few minutes
Roll out on floured cloth and cup with cutter in size desired
Bake at 350-400 (depends on your oven) for about 10 minutes
Put on racks to cool
Reroll scrapes seperate and cut out-This will take several rollings to use all the dough-Enjoy and think of the History
