2Cream eggs and butter. Add vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar and sugar. Yes, these all go in this order! Slowly add in the flour and then add the white chips. FINALLY, add in the diced strawberries until everything is combined. If you over-mix, the strawberries will be macerated. So mix until you like the way it looks ;)
3I use a tsp. cookie dough scoop to put the cookies on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Place them 2 inches apart.
4Bake for 12-15 minutes (depending upon how done/brown you like cookies!).
5Remove from oven and place cookies onto a cooling rack. Place cooled cookies in air-tight container.
