strawberry chip cookies
I made a similar type of cookie using a different flavor profile. I thought it would be appropriate for Valentine's Day to make some pink cookies.

Ingredients For strawberry chip cookies

1 box1 box strawberry cake mix (15.25 oz)

2eggs

1/2 coil

2 Tbspwater

1/2 cwhite chocolate chips

1/2 cdried cranberries, cherries or strawberries
- GLAZE

1 cpowdered sugar

1/2 tspvanilla
-
2 Tbspfrench vanilla coffee creamer

1 Tbsppink decorating sugar
How To Make strawberry chip cookies

1Mix the first six ingredients by hand until batter is smooth and shiny.

2Drop by small (1 tablespoon) cookie scoops onto parchment lined cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes at 350*. They may not look done, but take them out and place tray on a rack to cool and firm up.

3When cookies are cool, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and french vanilla coffee creamer. Drizzle over cooled cookies. Sprinkle with pink sugar while glaze is still wet.
