I made a similar type of cookie using a different flavor profile. I thought it would be appropriate for Valentine's Day to make some pink cookies.

Ingredients

1 box 1 box strawberry cake mix (15.25 oz)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries, cherries or strawberries
GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons french vanilla coffee creamer
1 tablespoon pink decorating sugar

How To Make strawberry chip cookies

Step 1

Mix the first six ingredients by hand until batter is smooth and shiny.

Step 2

Drop by small (1 tablespoon) cookie scoops onto parchment lined cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes at 350*. They may not look done, but take them out and place tray on a rack to cool and firm up.
Step 3

When cookies are cool, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and french vanilla coffee creamer. Drizzle over cooled cookies. Sprinkle with pink sugar while glaze is still wet.
