How To Make strawberry cake mix cookies

• Step 1
  Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Step 2
  Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. (I lined 3 cookie sheets with parchment paper.) Set baking sheets aside.
• Step 3
  In a large bowl, add the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs.
• Step 4
  Using an electric mixer on low speed, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. (I increased the speed of the electric mixer just a bit after a few seconds, in order to combine the ingredients.)
• Step 5
  Use a small cookie scoop, to measure the batter, place the cookie batter evenly spaced apart on the prepared baking sheets. (I spaced the cookie batter about 2-1/2 inches apart. I also topped some of the cookie batter with colorful rainbow jimmies)
• Step 6
  Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8 minutes; until the edges begin to turn brown.
• Step 7
  Remove cookies from the oven and place them on a cooling rack to cool completely.
