Found interesting recipe on normal cooking blog called cool whip cookies, so adapted it to me!

Ingredients

8 ounces tub of cool whip
2 large eggs
1 box butter cake mix
6 large strawberries, fresh mashed
1 cup powdered sugar

How To Make strawberry butter cookies

Step 1

In large bowl beat together cool whip and 2 eggs

Step 2

Pour in box of butter cake mix and stir together
Step 3

When mixed, blend in mashed strawberries. Set mixture in fridge for good 1/2 hour or longer
Step 4

I used ice cream scoop to drop mixture into powdered sugar and roll around to coat.
Step 5

Drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
