Ingredients

  • 1 tube(s)
    (18oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves

How to Make Spiced Cookie Strips

Step-by-Step

  1. Remove cookie dough from package and coat with flour. Shake excess flour onto work surface. Roll out dough onto floured surface into a 12"x8" rectangle.
  2. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut rectangle in half lengthwise. Cut width-wise into 1" strips. Carefully, transfer strips to 2 greased baking sheets.
  3. Combine butter and spices; brush over strips.
  4. Bake at 425* for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
