These cookies are delicious and so easy to make. You can vary them easily by changing raisins to dried cherries or cranberries, etc. They are delicious without any additions. My grandchildren prefer them plain!

Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
2 - eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)

How To Make 3 ingredient spice cake mix cookies--super easy!

Step 1

Mix together cake mix and oil. Then beat the eggs with a fork and add them to the mixture. Mix well.

Step 2

Add the nuts and raisins if using them. They are delicious plain or with additional fruits and nuts.
Step 3

Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. I line mine with non-stick foil and spray with Pam. Parchment paper works well too.
Step 4

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
