Ingredients For speculos

200 gbutter

200 gbrown sugar

60 gcaster suger

10 gpowdered cinnamon

2 gsalt

50 geggs
-
15 gmilk

400 gflour

6 gbaking powder
How To Make speculos

1Cream the butter, brown sugar and caster sugar, then add the cinnamon and salt. Add the eggs, milk, and finally the flour and baig powder, sifted togeather.

2Allow to rest in the refrigerator 2 hours. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm then cut out cookies with a star cutter. Bush the top with water and sprinkle with caster sugar. Lay on a baking tray and bake in a fan forced oven at 180C for 7 to 8 minutes.
