Ingredients
- 200 grams butter
- 200 grams brown sugar
- 60 grams caster suger
- 10 grams powdered cinnamon
- 2 grams salt
- 50 grams eggs
- 15 grams milk
- 400 grams flour
- 6 grams baking powder
How To Make speculos

Step 1Cream the butter, brown sugar and caster sugar, then add the cinnamon and salt. Add the eggs, milk, and finally the flour and baig powder, sifted togeather.

Step 2Allow to rest in the refrigerator 2 hours. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm then cut out cookies with a star cutter. Bush the top with water and sprinkle with caster sugar. Lay on a baking tray and bake in a fan forced oven at 180C for 7 to 8 minutes.
