- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup spanish peanuts
How To Make spanish salted peanut cookies

Step 1Cream sugars and shortening. Mix in all other ingredients. Mix well. Drop spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
