Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- FILLING:
- 2-1/2 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- powdered sugar
How To Make sour cream nut rolls

Step 1Put flour and butter in large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.

Step 2Mix sour cream and egg yolks together with a fork to blend. Add to flour mixture. Stir and knead to form ball. Roll out 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut into 2 inch squares.

Step 3FILLING: Mix almonds, sugar, milk and almond extract together. Place 1/2 tsp. in center of each square.

Step 4Bring up 2 opposite corners. Lay 1 corner over the other, pinching to seal.

Step 5Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
