How to Make Sour Cream Nut Rolls
- Put flour and butter in large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Mix sour cream and egg yolks together with a fork to blend. Add to flour mixture. Stir and knead to form ball. Roll out 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut into 2 inch squares.
Mix almonds, sugar, milk and almond extract together. Place 1/2 tsp. in center of each square.
- Bring up 2 opposite corners. Lay 1 corner over the other, pinching to seal.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.
