soft sugar cookies
Another of the recipes from my friend Kina's family. I remember her Grandma making these for us...I am assuming that the sour cream was mixed into the cookie (and there was no baking time or temp given, so I am thinking 350 degrees and about 8 min? but would check after 6).

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream

Step 1Grease baking sheet. Oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add dry ingredients a little at a time adding sour cream into a crater.
