Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, unsalted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin (16 oz can)
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 1/2 teaspoons allspice, ground
- CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
- 6 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
How To Make soft pumpkin cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 375

Step 2cream together butter and sugar

Step 3add pumpkin egg and vanilla to butter mixture and mix well

Step 4sift together remaining ingedients and add to above mixture

Step 5drop rounded teaspoons of mix onto well greased cookie sheets and bake 12-15 minutes

Step 6while warm ice with cream cheese glaze

Step 7blend all 4 glaze ingredients together till smooth
