How to Make Soft Molasses Cookies
- 1Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add the well beaten eggs,molasses,and sour cream and stir the mixture until it is smooth.
- 2Mix together the dry ingredients and add this mixture gradually to the first. Chill the dough for about an hour, then drop it by spoonfuls (I use a small ice cream scoop) on a greased baking sheet.
- 3Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
