These are so lovely and moist ,you won't be able to stop eating them!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 can can frozen lemonade concentrate. thawed ,divided
  • - additional sugar

How To Make soft lemonade cookies

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl ,cream butter and sugar ;add eggs . Combine flour and baking soda ;add to the cream mixture alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentratrate. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet . Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes . Remove to wire racks ,Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate ;sprinkle with sugar ,Cool . yield 6 dozen
