Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 can(s)
    can frozen lemonade concentrate. thawed ,divided
  • ·
    additional sugar

How to Make Soft Lemonade cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl ,cream butter and sugar ;add eggs . Combine flour and baking soda ;add to the cream mixture alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentratrate. Mix well.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet . Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes . Remove to wire racks ,Brush with remaining lemonade concentrate ;sprinkle with sugar ,Cool . yield 6 dozen
