I have had this recipe for as long as i can remember,i don't know where i got it.It's the best ever gingersnap cookie.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all - purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses

How To Make soft gingersnaps

  • Step 1
    Combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon,cloves,ginger and salt.
  • Step 2
    Combine the eggs sugars and molasses mix well. Add todry ingredients mix well.
  • Step 3
    Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake 350* for 8 to 10 minutes, cool on pans for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely Yield 3 dozen
