I have had this recipe for as long as i can remember,i don't know where i got it.It's the best ever gingersnap cookie.

1 1/2 c
all - purpose flour
1/2 c
whole wheat flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
ground cloves
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
1/2 c
white sugar
1/4 c
packed brown sugar
1/4 c
vegetable oil
1/4 c
dark molasses

How to Make Soft Gingersnaps


  • 1Combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon,cloves,ginger and salt.
  • 2Combine the eggs sugars and molasses mix well.
    Add todry ingredients mix well.
  • 3Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
    Bake 350* for 8 to 10 minutes, cool on pans for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely Yield 3 dozen
