I have had this recipe for as long as i can remember,i don't know where i got it.It's the best ever gingersnap cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all - purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
How To Make soft gingersnaps

Step 1Combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon,cloves,ginger and salt.

Step 2Combine the eggs sugars and molasses mix well. Add todry ingredients mix well.

Step 3Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake 350* for 8 to 10 minutes, cool on pans for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely Yield 3 dozen
