1 1/2 call - purpose flour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon

1 tspground cloves

1 tspground ginger

1/4 tspsalt

2eggs
-
1/2 cwhite sugar

1/4 cpacked brown sugar

1/4 cvegetable oil
-
1/4 cdark molasses
How to Make Soft Gingersnaps
- Combine flour,baking soda,cinnamon,cloves,ginger and salt.
- Combine the eggs sugars and molasses mix well.
Add todry ingredients mix well. - Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake 350* for 8 to 10 minutes, cool on pans for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely Yield 3 dozen
