soft & chewy chocolate chip cookies
These are awesome...and it's true they match up to their name. I found this recipe a long time ago. It makes a lot and I often freeze the dough to use for bar cookies or make specialty cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 - eggs
- 4 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-4 cups chocolate chips
How To Make soft & chewy chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven at 375F, In a large mixing bowl, combine sugars, butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 2Drop dough by spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 3Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute. Remove from pan and cool on racks.
