How to Make Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat oven at 375F, In a large mixing bowl, combine sugars, butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute. Remove from pan and cool on racks.
