soft and chewy pudding mix chocolate chip cookies
I love this recipe because the cookies come out just like the title says...soft and chewy. If by chance your cookies do start to get hard you can add a slice of white bread in your cookie jar and magically they resoften. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounces chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Mix flour and baking soda; set aside.

Step 3Combine butter and sugars, vanilla and pudding mix and beat with and electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.

Step 4Gradually add flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips.

Step 5Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Step 6Can also use chocolate instant pudding mix for chocolate chocolate chip cookies.
