A rich, dense cookie full of the taste of fall and of course very easy to make! Enjoy w/ a hot cup of coffee.

Ingredients

1 - 15 oz can pumpkin
1 box spice cake mix, i used duncan hines
1-1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 - container cream cheese frosting, if desired.

How To Make so easy pumpkin, chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets w/ parchment paper to prevent sticking. In lg bowl, beat pumpkin and cake mix until smooth.

Step 2

Use just the cake mix, no oil, eggs, etc. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by Tbsp, 2" apart onto baking sheets. Bake 13-18 mins, or until edges start to turn golden. Let cool.
Step 3

Frost w/ cream cheese frosting, or eat as is. Either way these are great!
