Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- powdered sugar for rolling
How To Make snowball cookies

Step 1In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, nuts, sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed until well mixed, about 3 to 4 minutes. Shape rounded tsps. of dough into 1 inch balls.

Step 2Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes. Remove immediately. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and again when cool.
