Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- FROSTING
- 4 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
How To Make snow bars

Step 1In a saucepan; melt butter, add sugar, lightly beaten eggs and coconut. Cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla and cool. Add remaining ingredients, spread in a 9 inch pan and chill.

Step 2When cool, frost with cream cheese icing.

Step 3Icing: Blend the cream cheese, butter and vanilla, beat till smooth and creamy. Mix in the confectioners' sugar, more if needed for desired consistency. **** Prep time includes cooling time.
