How to Make Snow Ball Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 325*f
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except the powdered sugar)mix well on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes scraping the sides of the bowl several times.
  3. I spoon enough dough into my (clean) hands and roll into small balls.
  4. Place one inch apart on a non greased cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 25 minutes or a light golden brown on the bottom of cookie. These cookies break easy when hot so you have to be careful when checking.
