I discovered these little jewels about two years ago and make them at least once a month. Love them

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pecans, in pieces or walntes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - powdered sugar
How To Make snow ball cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 325*f

Step 2In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (except the powdered sugar)mix well on low speed for 2 to 3 minutes scraping the sides of the bowl several times.

Step 3I spoon enough dough into my (clean) hands and roll into small balls.

Step 4Place one inch apart on a non greased cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 25 minutes or a light golden brown on the bottom of cookie. These cookies break easy when hot so you have to be careful when checking.

Step 5cool on a wire rack when cool roll in powdered sugar and then roll one more time after cookies are really cooled off. ENJOY
