Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup softened butter, (2 sticks)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons each, cinnamon and sugar
How To Make snickerdoodles

Step 1Set oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, set aside.

Step 3Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs.

Step 4Gradually beat in flour mixture until well incorporated.

Step 5Roll into 2in balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.

Step 6Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
