Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    softened butter, (2 sticks)
  • 1 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    each, cinnamon and sugar

How to Make Snickerdoodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees
  2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, set aside.
  3. Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well incorporated.
  5. Roll into 2in balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
