My mom makes snicker doodles and they always turn out soft an perfect. So i am sharing this reciepe. i hope you have the same luck making them soft and perfect.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or stick margarine,softend
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 large eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
How To Make snicker doodles

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2beat 1 1/2 sugar,butter,shortening and eggs in large bowl. stir in flour,cream of tartar,baking soda,salt.

Step 3shape 1 1/4-inch balls.mix 1/4 sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture.place balls 2 inches apart on ungreesed cookie sheet.

Step 4bake 8-10 mins. immediatly remove cookies off cookie sheet. and place on wire rack.
