1 cbutter, room temperature. plus two large eggs

1 1/2 csugar

3 call purpose flour

2 tspcream of tartar

1 tspbaking soda

1 pinchsalt
- FOR THE COATING

3 Tbspsugar

3 tspcinnamon

1 pinchnutmeg
How To Make snicker-doodles for the holiday"s!

1Place your cookie sheet pan in the refrigerator. Cream together the butter,1-1/2 cups of sugar and then eggs. Mix together the flour,baking soda and salt.

2Add the dry ingredients to the butter/sugar mixture and mix until incorporated.

3Using your hand or a tablespoon,form 1 inch balls of dough,roll them in the sugar and place them on the cookie sheet two inches apart.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees,bake for ten minutes or so.Remove to a wire rack for cooling,(if you can make it that far!)and enjoy your snicker-doodles!!!!:)
