Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c
    plain flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    unsalted butter, room temp
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    13 oz package snickers minature unwrapped
  • COOKIE TOPPING

  • 1 c
    powder sugar
  • 6 oz
    milk chocolate chips melted

How to Make Snicker Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir together flour, soda and salt. Set aside. Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars until light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until well combined. Pour in vanilla. Now add flour mixture and beat together. Place the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Divide dough into 1 tbsp pieces. Flatten each dough piece and wrap with 1 miniature snickers. Bake onto greased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Next sprinkle each cookie lightly with the powder sugar. Then drizzle the melted chocolate to top it off.
