I found this recipe a few years ago when I was looking for a great Christmas cookie.. Over the years it has become a must have. My sister says it taste like Christmas and most agree.

Ingredients

1 pound sugar cookie mix (1 pouch)
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 - egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- sweet cinnamon sprinkles

How To Make snick o' time snickerdoodles

Step 1

Pre Heat Oven at 375 degrees. Stir Cookie Mix, Flour, Egg and Butter in a Big Bowl until dough is firm. Mix Sugar and Cinnamon into separate bowl.

Step 2

Shape Dough into 1 inch balls, roll into Sugar/Cinnamon mix and place on un-greased cookie Sheet
Step 3

Bake 11 – 12 Min until set. Cool 1 min and sprinkle or roll the ops into the Sugar/Cinnamon mix.
Step 4

Sprinkle powdered sugar on cookies for a finishing touch. I also sprinkle with Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle from The Pampered Chef Collection
