I made these for the neighborhood kids and they just loved them and came knocking on my door asking for more along with their parents. It is a safe and easy way to make s'mores with little kids.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 c
    marshmallow cream

How to Make S'mores Cookie Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray or wipe with cooking oil. Combine flour, graham crackers, baking powder and salt. Mix together butter and sugar, then gradually add eggs one at a time mix well. Slowly add in dry mixture. Divide dough in 1/2. Press 1/2 the dough in the bottom of the pan until flat. spread the marshmallow cream over the top of it and sprinkle chocolate chips over the cream, crumble remaining dough over top in clumps. Bake at 350. let cool then cut into bars and serve.
