Layer a 9x13" pan with graham crackers. Completely cover bottom. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, add the koolwhip and marshmallow cream. Beat until smooth. Divide in half. Layer the crackers with half of the marshmallow filling. Pour one the cans of icing over the top (melted), Over the chocolate, layer another with graham crackers and then the other half of the marshmallow filling. Finish with another layers of crackers and the other can of melted chocolate icing. Refrigerate.
