Ingredients

  • 1 6.8 oz.
    hershey's symphony milk chocolate almond and toffee chip bar,chopped
  • 1 c
    rice krispies
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    shortening
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How to Make Simply Delicious

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Beat shortening,sugars,vanilla,and almond until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time,beat well. In another bowl stir together flour,baking soda,and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Fold in one at a time,chopped chocolate bar,rice krispies,and coconut until well mixed. You can use a tablespoon,I use a cookie scoop and put them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Till lightly brown. Remove,cool 10 minutes,put on wire rack.
