• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In med. size mixing bowl mix all ingredients.Let set for 5 minutes. Roll dough in 1 inch balls,place on a cookie sheet sprayed w/cooking spray.Flatten balls w/fork and sprinkle w/sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 min. Remove from oven and let set for 5min. Then put cookies on a cooling rack. When cool place in covered container. Enjoy!!!!!
