How To Make shortbread cookie

  Mix butter and sugar.

  Add farina and gradually add flour. Knead dough till firm and roll into ball (can refrigerate prior to rolling). Cut ball into 4 and roll into logs. Slice and put on buttered cookiesheet 2" apart.

  Pierce with fork and cook at 250-300 till slightly colored. Sprinkle with sugar whilst cooling.
