How To Make shortbread bites

• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 325 degrees
• Step 2
  Combine flour and sugar
• Step 3
  Using a pastry cutter cut in cold butter
• Step 4
  When mixed well add cold water and using your hands work it into the dough
• Step 5
  Add sprinkles or nonpareils and work into the dough with your hands
• Step 6
  Form dough into a ball then place on lightly floured wax paper
• Step 7
  Press dough flat into 1/2 inch thick squares about an inch in diameter and place on ungreased cookie sheet
• Step 8
  Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until light golden brown on the bottom... Serve warm
