Quick and easy version of Scottish Short Bread. Takes only three ingredients to make.

4 cself rising flour
1 1/2 csugar
1 lbbutter, room temperature
How To Make short bread
1Soften your butter which has been warmed to room temperature.
2Combine flour and sugar into your softened butter and mix until well combined. Place batter into a greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. If your oven cooks unevenly you might want to rotate the pan a couple of times.
3The short bread is done when lightly brown. While the short bread is cooling cut with a knife into small squares.
