4 cself rising flour

1 1/2 csugar

1 lbbutter, room temperature
How to Make Short Bread
- Soften your butter which has been warmed to room temperature.
- Combine flour and sugar into your softened butter and mix until well combined. Place batter into a greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. If your oven cooks unevenly you might want to rotate the pan a couple of times.
- The short bread is done when lightly brown. While the short bread is cooling cut with a knife into small squares.
