These little goodies go well in your lunch bag or to just eat anytime you want something good. They are so easy to make and you can experiment with the chips. This one is for either butterscotch or peanut butter chips and they are both delicious

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts..i use chopped peanuts with the peanut butter chips

How To Make seven layer cookie bars

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F degrees. In a small saucepan or in the microwave, melt the margarine. When melted, pour it into a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the melted butter. Evenly pour the condensed milk on top of the crumbs. Put layer of chopped walnuts or pecans Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle butterscotch chips on next. Top evenly with grated coconut.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
