- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups white sesame seeds (amount approximated)

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment.

Step 2Mix everything *except sesame seeds*.

Step 3Roll into small balls. Roll balls in sesame seeds and then roll balls into finger size.

Step 4Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Watch carefully so the bottoms don't burn.
