I can't remember where I came across this recipe but I've been making them for some time. These are very light cookies that really just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix - or any other flavor, devils food is excellent also
- 1 package cool whip
- 1 large egg, beaten
- - powdered sugar
How To Make scrumpious cloud cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Fill a cereal bowl half way up with powdered sugar. Combine all ingredients, dough will be sticky. Pick up about 1 tsp - 1 TBS size amount from bowl; roll balls in powdered sugar; place on cookie sheet.

Step 2Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-11 minutes (do not over cook). Carefully remove cookies to cooling rack - cookies will be a little soft but will harden a little when cooled.
