2-1/2 doz - 3 doz (depending on the thickness of the cookie)
How to Make Scottish Shortbread
1Mix first two ingredients
2Add Farina and gradually add flour
3Knead dough till firm and roll into a ball and cut ball into four equal parts and roll each into logs.
4Slice each log into 8 rounds
5Place on buttered cookie sheet 2" apart and pierce on top of cookie with fork a couple of times
6Preheat oven 250 degrees - 300 degrees and bake until slightly colored, est. 30 minutes.
7Cool on a wire rack and sprinkle with sugar during cooling period
