I have made this recipe for several years and always make it when we have our fall bonfires. It is definitely a favorite in our house!

Ingredients
- 1 cup karo white syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1+ cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice krispies
- 1 - 12 oz. bag chocolate chips
- 1 - 12 oz. bag butterscotch or peanut butter chips
How To Make scotcheroos

Step 1Combine Karo syrup and brown sugar in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until you see bubbles to show it has just begun to boil.

Step 2Add peanut butter and stir. Add Rice Krispies and mix. Press into a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 3Place both bags of chip in a microwave safe bowl. Mix the chips together a little bit. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute at a time until they are melted stirring after each minute. Spread over Rice Krispie mixture.
