  • 2 c
    ap flour
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 pinch
    kosher salt

How to Make Scotch Shortbread Cookies


  1. Cream Butter, adding sugar gradually
  2. Stir in flour, mix with hands, chill for 1/2 hour
  3. Roll out about 1/4 inch thing and cut into shapes. Prick with fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet
    300 degree oven for 25 to 27 minutes- or until edges of shortbread are slightly brown.
