santa's favorite ginger crinkles
I LOVE ginger cookies and tried a lot of them before finding this one! And this is the winner hands down! Slightly crunchy on the inside, soft and chewy on the inside! Been making them for so long that I have no idea where I got them originally, but are my personal favorite! They're also good on the tummy when it's a little upset from eating all that holiday food! ;) Enjoy!! :D ( Photo by me. In my pic, they are the ones with red, green and white sugar, bottom left.)
