Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- FROSTING:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts, garnish
How To Make salted peanut logs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. In a medium mixing bowl, beat butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, milk and vanilla; beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in flour

Step 2Roll dough into 3" longs. Place logs 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms begin to brown. Transfer to racks and cool

Step 4In a bowl, beat 2 tablespoons butter on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. Gradually beat in 1/4 cup sugar. Slowly beat in milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in 3/4 cup sugar

Step 5Pipe or spread frosting on top of cookies. Top with peanuts.
