Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cups salted peanuts

How To Make salted peanut crisp, grandma robinson

  • Step 1
Mix and drop by spoonfuls. Flatten out.
  • Step 2
    There were no baking directions.
  • Step 3
I googled, what would be a peanut thin cookie...says bake on parchment paper, at 350 degrees, 5 min. I would assume that a peanut thin would be what Grandma would have called a crisp.
