Russian Tea Cakes
Note: The long prep time is due to chilling the dough before baking. Minus the chill time, these are super fast and easy to make.

How to Make Russian Tea Cakes
- Mix sugar, butter and vanilla thoroughly. Blend flour and salt in seperate bowl. Add to creamed mixture. Mix in nuts. Chill.
- When dough is cold, roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar again.
