2 1/2 c
crushed vanilla wafers
1 c
ground pecans
1 c
confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp
plus 2 tsp. baking cocoa
1/4 c
rum
3 Tbsp
honey
2 Tbsp
water
add'l confectioners' sugar and/or crushed vanilla wafers

How to Make RUM BALLS

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, pecans, confectioners' sugar and cocoa.
  • 2Combine the rum, honey, and water and stir into the crumb mixture.
  • 3Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in additional confectioners' sugar and/or wafer crumbs.
  • 4Store in an airtight container.
