I found this recipe in my Campbell cookbook cooking with soup. I love this cookbook. The cookies were very moist and good. They had a nip of spice taste to them and were a hit with my hubby.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 - egg
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 2 cups uncooked rolled oats
- 1 cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make rosy rock cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift dry ingredients except oats, raisins and walnuts. In mixer add shortening, egg, and soup. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly. Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts.

Step 2Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake about 15 minutes until lightly browned.
