This cookie comes from my ex-brother in-law's mother,and it's been around for a long time.This is an awesome cookie, a little expensive to bake but oh so worth it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon miracle whip or whatever salad dressing you use
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup oatmeal, quick oats
- 1 bottle marachino cherries, chopped
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 2 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1Cream together the first 6 ingredients, then add the other ingredients. Mix well until it is all incorporated.

Step 2Pre-heat oven to 350. Drop by spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until they are a light golden brown.
