Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 package rolo candies
- 4 - squares white baking chocolate
How To Make rolo cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Cream butter, 1 cup sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.

Step 3Add eggs slowly while beating mixture. Add vanilla.

Step 4Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda, gradually adding to cream mixture.

Step 5Shape a Tbsp. of dough around each rolo candy, forming a ball and dip into remaining sugar.

Step 6Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes.

Step 7In microwave, melt white chocolate 1 minute and drizzle over done cookies.
