Ingredients
- 2 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
How To Make roll-out cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 370*.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, 1 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Do not chill dough.

Step 4Divide dough into 2 balls. On floured surface, roll each ball into a circle approximately 12" diameter and 1/8" thick. Dip cookie cutter in flour before each use.

Step 5Bake cookies on parchment paper lined sheets 6-7 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned.
